Part-time Support Specialist
Provide first level support to customers regarding our online applications. Assist software development team in application testing and prepare step-by-step user guide and documentations. You may work from home.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support customers via emails and phone.
- Assist in testing applications, troubleshooting
- Create step-by-step user guide
- Document and track support cases
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- The candidate with customer service or help desk support experience is preferred.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems. Experience in troubleshooting web applications is desirable.
- Pro-active, dedicated and responsible.
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) skills.
- Only locals / Singapore PR may apply.
